The service was as nice as the fondue, and both were great. I didn't expect to find such a nice atmosphere hiding in the "middle of the mountain". I had a tomato fondue with potatoes and freshly made home bread... I need an excuse to return one more time. For dessert I had meringues with... yummy double cream. Kids friendly. Bring a jacket if you want to stay longer outside, even in the summer.

This place is absolutely great. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful; the view is beautiful; it's super clean; the food is great. And, most of all, I ate the most delicious BBQ ribs of all time. I definitely recommend.

We stayed 1 night in Auberge de Chindonne and had a Fondue de Chindonne (Prosecco Cheese Fondue) at night which was really good, and had Ribs & Pulled-Pork Burger at Mid-day - both meals were a blast!! Special Mention to the Ribs, that are made by a native-american in full respect for the tradition, they are melting in your mouth and deserve their lot of attention! Fries and desserts were excellent too, and the service is quick and ultra-friendly - totally recommended!!
