The staff was professional and extremely kind! The lady at the reception even helped us carrying luggages and baby stuff up to the room! The breakfast is also exceptional, plenty of options for everyone and fresh baked cakes. The location is very central in Castelrotto, and very well connected to other major ski and hiking destination. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony over the city center.

Really nice stay for 5 nights in Oct 2024. The rooms were clean and the balcony room was large and pleasant. The staff was great and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. The location was great and having access to parking was good. The buses weren't running as regularly because it was off season. The bathrooms appeared newly redone and they were spacious. The restaurant seemed short staffed but the service was great in Italian, German, and English. We didn't wait for food or drink. Highly recommended.
