Even though we arrived almost 30 minutes before opening time , we were greeted warmly, allowed to choose our seats, and were even served shortly afterward. A very warm, friendly, and informal atmosphere; the pizzas are definitely worth a recommendation. They're freshly prepared in front of you. Definitely recommended.

The restaurant has only recently become accessible to guests who are not staying in the complex, so my partner and I made the effort to visit it. Let me start with the positive part of the experience: the quality of the regular meals and the care with which they are prepared. That's where the positive part of the experience ends, because there are a number of things fundamentally wrong with this restaurant. A number of things can be directly traced back to the price-quality ratio. Let me start with the least negative experience: -The pizzas are freshly prepared in a stone oven, look tasty, but lack a good taste balance. Then about the service and prices charged: -The owner of the business partly helps with the service, but she does this in normal casual clothes, while the prices of meals suggest that you are eating in one of the better restaurants in Compatsch. When you charge these kinds of amounts for a place setting, you - imo - as a hostess are allowed to wear clothes other than casual clothes and I don't expect you to come to the table with a toddler in your arm to share your experiences as a mother. Are you now there as a hostess or as a mother? You cannot fulfill both roles at the same time, but that is my opinion. Then the absolute biggest miss: When customers make a reservation and the staff also writes this down in an agenda , a table should simply be kept free. As a hostess you cannot and should not hide behind an intern. This is simply a mistake of the highest order, especially if you wait too long to offer a suitable solution and let customers walk away. One star has been deducted for all three negative matters, so the final rating does not exceed two stars.
