Only a couple of minutes off the motorway, this Osteria offers everthing you could wish for in terms of Ticinese hospitality. Authentic, home-made food with Nonna‘s recipes in mind, generous portions for a reasonable price. The proprietor is fully proficient in English and possibly in other languages. A warm welcome is followed by a caring waiting during the food service. The cheese is locally sourced and its origin as well as what to expect in terms of taste is explained. An overall very positive experience, highly recommended and a great start to a weekend of Ticinesi hospitality.

Very well eaten! Friendly treatment, attentive staff, normal prices. The food tastes excellent and you can choose from several dishes or a daily menu. There is a shower and there is coffee before 5 a.m. in the morning. Definitely a good place to stop. Truck parking is available.🇨🇭
