Today's lunch was great: tagliatelle with ragù, polenta with braised meat and a chicory salad, all delicious! The staff is really welcoming and represents a point of reference for the community, receiving a lot of respect from both residents and tourists who stay here. Almost a year after the terrible landslide in Val Bavona, the sad destruction of which can still be seen going up towards San Carlo, I felt a great strength and the desire not to give up. It was certainly a difficult time for the population and for all the restaurateurs in the Valley. "Let's not forget."
