Ristorante Pizzeria Bar Red : Via Canton Zoc 21, 6710 Biasca

Good My wife and I decided to go out for dinner at a restaurant in the area, I was in the mood for game given the time of year. We chose to reserve at the Red in Biasca. Once we arrived we were welcomed and asked if we wanted to eat on the covered outdoor terrace. We ordered: First courses: - game menu - sea bass fillets with chips and vegetables Dessert: - 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream with chestnut vermicelles and meringue - crème brûlée The game menu was delicious and plentiful, from the appetizer of mixed cold cuts, to the first course of trofie with wild boar ragù and the trio of fillets cooked to perfection. Everything was accompanied by excellent side dishes. The sea bass fillets were very good, but they were not well cooked, they were still raw inside, a shame. The desserts were good. The service was very courteous, waiters were helpful and kind. The restaurant has indoor seating and a covered outdoor terrace, it also has some parking, but it is easy to find in the area. The prices are standard for the area. A personal note, it is a shame that they allow people to smoke on the outdoor terrace, it was really annoying, also because being closed on three sides the smoke comes in your face when you eat, it is not the restaurant's fault, the customers are often rude and do not notice that someone is eating. However, the restaurant could do something, next time we will eat inside. We will return to enjoy other delicious dishes, perhaps the pizza which is also very good. Thanks for the good dinner, we recommend it!
