We played tennis at Heinz on the well-prepared tennis courts in the idyllic Verscio and then enjoyed the Easter menu at the new restaurant Pächter Thomas. The amuse bouche terrine with salad, an original nettle cappuccino and the main course of rabbit ragout with saffron mashed potatoes were prepared with love and tasted excellent. The menu was rounded off with a sorbet. Price-performance ratio is great, we can warmly recommend this newly designed location.
