First experience (and for me, last since the reopening) Lunchtime: objectively catastrophic service, numerous shortcomings, very shaky organization. Endless waits, professionalism that leaves something to be desired (even if perhaps the kitchen was partly to blame?) Three customers left before the end of the meal. (A couple left after an hour's wait just for the starter..) There were also problems when asking for the bill at the bar. A feeling of blatant amateurism. Almost two hours for a simple Bernese Rösti and coffees.. (We of course gave up dessert..) Personally, I absolutely do not recommend it.
