The way various employees treat the residents here is absolutely inhumane and the worst thing about it is that the nursing service management and living area management act as if everything was fine - unbelievable "conditions". No wonder there are so many staff shortages in all the departments! They hire temporary employees and treat them like animals, very antisocial ones. The team is very unfriendly and some lie every day, which seems normal for them, comparable to saying Amen in church. I would NEVER leave my loved ones in the hands of such people, I just feel sorry for the residents who have to live here for whatever reason.

Very poor care. Why do we always have incompetent people like the Deputy Managing Director?! Patient care was also very poor; staff were completely overwhelmed, there was bullying... and so on, and not even laundry was done... 0 stars from me.
