This little brewery is on the walk from La Sarraz to the waterfall La Tine de Confins. It has delicious beer and a charming courtyard! Merlin is the sole proprietor. He is super friendly and welcoming! Although his posted hours say 3-7 pm, he opened at 1 pm on the day we were here. The Blonde and white beer are delicious. My husband loved the IPA. If you like beer, it is a must!
Ravine Woods
We took a slight detour on the Via Francigena, and it was well worth it. Excellent beer and a wonderful owner/brewer who explained all his beers to us. Although we were eager to try a few more, we continued our journey to Cossonay, but we brought some in our backpacks for later. It's definitely worth a visit. Thank you very much.
