Thank you so much for this amazing summer treat. The roast beef platter with various salads was outstanding. The water buffalo meat was amazing, very tender and of top quality. The salads were all very well seasoned and delicious. Plus, the view is amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.🙏

I remember Siemen from my childhood and today I ate there again. The Meränggen are still the same size :) We were greeted very friendly and shown to our table. This was very nicely decorated. Water buffalo meat dominates the menu, which I think is great and that's why we came. The starters were very delicious. Now to the main courses, which unfortunately left me a little disappointed. I don't think the price/performance is quite right. I'm aware that water buffalo isn't exactly cheap, which isn't really a bad thing since I'm happy to pay more for good quality. Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely convinced because it didn't give me a wow effect in terms of taste or appearance. My roast beef was ok but not more, for the price of 36.- The tartar sauce was very small and didn't taste good . There was also something wrong with the meat, it wasn't nicely reddish, rather grey, what a shame. I saw photos in the reviews and the roast beef looked completely different. The daily recommendation of water buffalo fillet goulash with fries tasted good, but the portion was very small. A man will never ever get tired of it. Also since the price is well over 40.- All in all, a nice visit with you.

Great country inn with good meat and huge meringues. The vegetable side dishes are also excellent! Very friendly service. When it's busy, it takes a little longer to be served. Various buffalo specialties and other delicacies are available to take away from the on-site shop.
