Hôtel restaurant de l'Aigle : Grand'Rue 27, 2108 Couvet

I and my husband ate in this restaurant for dinner, nothing special, I think that we can do better at home. But, the worst thing was the lack of decoration, without soul, with no personality, empty , it' s not very nice eating in the place like this.

Excellent loacation specially if you like to go for Absithe tasting. Room was big an clean, bathroom did not looked finished as there have been no tiles on the floor, this is the 4*'s Very friendly personal and lots of free water and tea in the hallway to the rooms. Very nice garden restaurant. We choose the room with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good, lots of choices for bread, cheese, meat and corn flakes. The dinner menu was good, I would have liked to see the choice between 2 main courses. I can recommend this hotel.

The little town of Couvet is very nice. Especially with a brilliant absinthe distillery just across the street from the hotel. I've stayed at l'Aigle several times over several years and it's always been a very pleasant experience. The …
