Restaurant in authentic Vaudois village, now under new ownership, including artistic ambitions which is a good thing when you share the premises with the Estrée Foundation. I had lunch here today before visiting the new exhibition opening yesterday. Good quality meat, cooked to perfection. Owners and staff are nice and you have a good choice of beverages, including local beers and wine. My only critique is that there should be a wider choice of vegetarian dishes and some fish from the nearby lake. Good value for money.

Discovered this charming little restaurant. Lovely interior design. The vast majority of the products are local! The chicken cordon bleu was very crispy, and the hint of citrus in the lentils gave the dish a fresh feel. The only downside: the lack of a menu on the website. You can only find the à la carte dishes on Facebook or Instagram. It's a shame for those who don't have them, as it's impossible to know the dishes before going to the restaurant. So either you go in blind and discover them on the spot, or it can put people off and they won't go. In any case, I recommend this restaurant.
