Hotel Restaurant du chemin de fer : Pl. Saint-Etienne 4, 1510 Moudon

I stayed there overnight on my hike and was very satisfied. The hotel is very centrally located - which was unfortunately quite noisy at night - but the staff is very friendly, the room is very well equipped and super clean and the breakfast (included) was practical. Shops within walking distance.

Very beautiful alpine chalet. Excellent food, nice service, quiet and very peaceful to stay for a while, then walk up 150m to the esplanade to see a beautiful view. For those interested, I wish you a good time of joy.

While doing the Jakobsweg, I spent the night in this very clean hotel. Its location is perfect and my room had everything I needed. Breakfast was basic (bread, juice and coffee) but sufficient. Reasonable prices. Don’t forget to explore the town… Highly recommended.
