Amazing, delicious, this is haute cuisine as good as I've ever experienced it anywhere else and it's tucked away 15 minutes from where I live, fantastic 😊 Every single dish was surprising, creative, packed with flavour and satisfaction, and exquisitely presented. From the earthy savoury vegetarian flavours of the amuse bouche through to the most delicious tartare I've ever eaten, into an intensely flavoursome chicken dish, into a steak and foie gras dish, then onto a wonderful cheese platter and a very interesting dessert concept and some lovely little chocolates to finish, all washed down with some of the best champers I've had in years, this was a birthday treat in every sense.
