The rooms are simple yet clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant downstairs offers both outdoor and covered seating, serving outstanding food. Located in the heart of Nyon, the hotel boasts a brilliant location. For Switzerland, it offers excellent value for money. 9/10.

Only reviewing the restaurant: Located in the heart of the medieval part of Nyon, this authentic restaurant is very charming and offering most of the classics from the Swiss cuisine. We tried the Malakoffs, ok they are not the best you can find in the region, but their "filets de perches à la meunière", a Swiss classic when if comes to Fish, were very good indeed! Not a fancy restaurant, but you can't go wrong with this place!

This is a review of the restaurant. It has really good food, a lovely staff, and a plesant dining experience. I ordered off of a fall menu with seasonal dishes such as a fall plate that had spätzel with roasted brussel sprouts, pears, red cabbage, and roasted chesnuts. It was delicious. I also ordered a mushroom dish and a chestnut dessert which were both excellent. The kitchen accommodates allergies easily, which can be really helpful on the road.
