Riverside terrace in the very center of Vallorbe where you can sip your aperitif in the beautiful spring sun.

Welcoming and warm, a bit of a wait to be served, very good meal. One small downside, however, is the appellations. The chicken confit with foie gras (very good) isn't really confit (more like a ballottine), a truffle oil mousseline where I didn't find the truffle flavor. But once again, it was good. A pleasant moment 👍🏻

We discovered this restaurant on a Sunday at 12:30 p.m. There were a lot of people on the terrace and two tables occupied inside. Then two other groups arrived. In short, it was quite busy and we had to wait an hour before eating. But to compensate for the wait, we were offered a very good tuna mousse as an appetizer; we found it very professional. The waitresses were very friendly and polite, the place was quite nice, clean, and the tables were well spaced apart. The restrooms were clean and there are several parking spaces nearby. We both had a good meal. We're sure there will be less of a wait next time, but it's true that the weather was nice that Sunday and everyone had decided to arrive at the restaurant at the same time, it seems. ^^
