Auberge Communale de la Clef d'Or : Rte du Village 26, 1195 Bursinel

Fantastic location, fantastic service, fantastic food! A uniquely enjoyable Swiss restaurant that was perfect to wind-down a busy work day. Come during the day for a much better view but stay until the night because of the food and service.

Outside of Geneva lies this little gem of a restaurant attached to a small hotel that offers amazing dishes with a fantastic view of Lake Geneva. This restaurant offers a limited menu, but each dish offered is wonderful. I ordered the Perch fillets and this dish was delicious, delicate and fulfilling yet not overly filling. The service level was also very good, as the staff were attentive and friendly. If you find yourself in Bursinel or passing through, I’d highly recommend stopping here!

Restaurant overlooking the lake. Nice chic design with romantic touch. However, it was too noisy when guests talked loud. Food was tasty but prices on the high side.
