Dinner was delicious. Alex recommended a great local white wine. I ordered a mixed salad and clam pasta in white wine garlic sauce. It was amazing after craving some lighter Italian dishes after traveling around Switzerland. The food and service was amazing. The location was in the middle of this cute quaint town of Brig.

Best food, best service! If you want to make good memories at Brig, come here! Among the servers, Alex is so kind and loves Koreans so much. He compliments me a lot and is so kind! I want to come back to see Alex again! The food is also clean and delicious. Thanks to him, I think I will have good memories at Brig! I recommend it.

As soon as I stepped into Sebastian Restaurant, Alex greeted me in Korean with a warm “Welcome! Korean girls are so pretty!” and even made a finger heart—an iconic Korean gesture. It instantly made me feel welcome, even though I was dining alone. Thank you, Alex! He was incredibly busy but still managed to care for every customer with amazing energy. I even called him “Superman”—because he truly is! The food was also fantastic. I ordered the vongole pasta, and the portion was generous, the pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the clams were fresh and flavorful. I also ordered a salad, and it was exactly what I hoped for—fresh, vibrant greens. The atmosphere was beautiful, and right next door there was a popular gelato shop, which added to the fun vibe and gave plenty to see. If I ever return to Brig, I’ll definitely come back to Sebastian Restaurant. Highly recommended!
