This is my third visit to Le Vieux Chalet, and while prices have rised steeply since three years ago, the experience is really worth it. Menu 34 has been my favourite so far. The Nendaz Japan combination is certainly unique. Le dishes a creative, delicious and beautifully presented. We never choose the pairing, but they have decent bottles of wine. Le Vieux Chalet is by far the best restaurant in Nendaz.

Friendly and interesting restaurant - that offers tasting menu based on season and what takes chef fancy. Beautiful food and wonderful service and helpful wine pairing - including local - exquisite tastes - wonderful presentation - not cheap but no good meal in CH is - all in all a wonderful experience worth repeating

Great food! Very tasty and with a great presentation! The pluma Ibérica was super tender and tasty, best of the overall! On the minus side the cheese plate was lacking some choice could be a little improved and there was considerable wait for the few people being served, definitely worth it thought!
