Great welcome. We start our beautiful platter of local products (tomme, dried meat with a little dry bacon, cooked ham and small accompaniments; marinated onions, red pepper, sliced radish, pear and crushed walnuts). We are looking forward to tasting the homemade Rösti with local potatoes 🥔 and its chanterelle sauce picked that day. A farmhouse not to be missed under any circumstances ☀️🇨🇭

Good, but a LONG wait because there are only two gas burners for the entire farmhouse... Very simple/rural. Nice view in the evening with a late sunset.
