The staff is brilliant and their kitchen world class. I would’ve happily paid twice this for a similar meal in New York or Toronto. Stayed at Hotel Terminus (lovely & easy to Verbier) attached to this gastro gem. Went with the 4 course menu complete and my mouth was treated with an escalation of flavour pleasures on every round. Though it wasn’t cheap (a night at the hotel was less than my meal) it was worth every Swiss Franc!! (I got carried away and ate the Mise en bouche before photo, oops)

What an experience dining at Quai de l’Ours. All the dishes were explained in details by the waiter, they are beautifully presented and taste amazing. Wine selection was extensive too.

Amazing food, amazing table service from every waiter. And I mean all of them are perfect and always on the ball. Would have loved a slight divide between the bar area and restaurant area but I wouldn't think it would be that necessary. The veal is excellent, you can tell it's been a good season this year.
