Restaurant Grängierstuba : Dorfstrasse 106, 3993 Grengiols

We had the best meal in Switzerland in here, highly recommend to go there :) There is English menu and English speaking service which is super friendly and helpful :) You can pay by card and sit inside or outside as you prefer. The food is just delicious, we had pork with pasta, burger and plum pie as dessert. Everything made in house, meat comes from local farmers and was made so good that we are still dreaming about it xD We will definitely visit again :)

A gem of a restaurant, in a lovely village, found by accident on a bike tour. You can sit inside, or in some nice corner of the tiny square. The food seems genuine Swiss fare, clearly quite lovingly made. Many languages spoken. The small village seems to have some soul to it. Go visit if you happen to come by on a hike, climb or bike ride. Even worth the detour if you are on the main road through Wallis. Heartily recommend.

This restaurant is INCREDIBLE! We were in Grengiols on our last day and were really looking for fondue before we left Switzerland. However, we came in between seasons and they no longer had it in stock. We were about to find another place to eat when the chef and owner went out to buy cheese/fondue that he freshly made for us!! If that isn’t genuine and caring service I don’t know what is! We were treated like family, and the food was delicious. We also got the Cholera which was freshly made and also amazing. The interior is so cozy and inviting, and they had great vegetarian options. I highly recommend Grängierstuba and am so grateful for the experience I had here.
