An exceptional culinary experience in an equally exceptional setting. The restaurant lives up to its name with a breathtaking panoramic view, but it is also so by the quality of the cuisine. Food and flavor pairings, presentation of dishes, welcome and service, everything comes together to make you have a very pleasant time. A reduced but haute couture menu. Well done to the whole team!

Modern Valais cuisine at a high level! The various courses are presented with great precision and taste delicious. Regional products are used. We chose three courses, and the portion sizes were perfect. The accompanying wine was also delicious. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of the food and the very friendly service are worth it. A definite recommendation!

New menu, keeping the signature dish of the extraordinary tuna tataki! Here, the beef tournedos with its magnificent vegetable garnish! A pure delight! The octopus was divine and perfectly cooked! The service is impeccable thanks to Sammy! I will return as soon as possible!
