Absolutely fabulous from the beginning to the end ❤️ Loved the variety of textures, the subtle combination of flavours, the vast use of ingredients from local or at least national artisans, and the beautiful presentation. Each dish was a piece of art, lovingly prepared, and well explained by the staff who was attentive at all times but never overbearing. Congratulations to the entire Ô Bois Sauvage team! This was my first, but most definitely not my last visit.

The food was ok, beautiful presentation but a quiet blend taste. You can’t laugh or talk in this restaurant….very rude old couple on the next table asked us to go to our country the employees didn’t think that was a big deal. The couple stayed we left and also another big table with many people too! Would never ever recommend this place.

One of the best in the area, worth a trip. The restaurant becomes better and better every year. I heard there are new owners, may be not just one change, but miraculously always for better. Now it is high cuisine - nicely delivered, very tasty. Professional service. Tried trout for two - very good! Next time I will go for 7 courses, not three. Wine list could have been longer for that level.
