The best hotel in Switzerland that I've stayed at during my Swiss tour! Lovely room with wonderful views, very friendly staff and great thermal baths included in price of hotel. Fantastic area of Switzerland to explore. Will definitely be back!

Very good hotel. We were on vacation in switzerland for the women's euro 2025 and this was the hotel for the last night of the trip. The reason for only four stars for the location is that we didn't have a good connection from the stadium to the hotel after the game. Otherwise the location is great: nice view, quiet surroundings, sufficient parking space. Breakfast was very good. The pools were super to cool down after a long ride in warm weather

A very nice facility. Tons to do for the kids (multiple pools, water slides, lazy river, games, bouncy castle). Our 2 rooms were really nice and the staff was friendly. Our main complaint is that the prices are borderline outrageous. The food was good, but not worth the price (~$300 USD for a dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids with 1 bottle of wine). Also, the pool area was too crowded in the afternoon. They should further limit the number of non-hotel guests allowed during peak season. We stayed in late July. Overall, we probably won't go back, but I'd recommend going once.
