Champoussin Lodge : Route de Champoussin 20, 1873 Val-d'Illiez

A wonderfully faultless week-long experience staying at Champoussin Lodge. Max and his team provided outstanding customer service and they couldn’t not have been more helpful and friendly. They are fully invested in this hotel and it shows. The food was beautiful, the pool lovely, the views sensational, and the rooms and ambiance were 5 star. We WILL be back. Thank you!

The accommodation left a disappointing impression. The bathroom had mold, clean towels were carelessly thrown on the floor, and cotton swabs were scattered around. The overall condition was dirty, with hair in the bed and clothing under the covers. The blankets were also terribly dirty. Despite our two requests, the cleaning was inadequate. The staff was extremely unfriendly. In the spa area, there was mold in the steam room, the whirlpool was heavily soiled, and the large pool was icy cold. This experience led my colleagues and me to decide never to return to this hotel. Due to numerous negative impressions, poor service, and the dirty blankets, I will not recommend it either. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Great Lodge, very romantic. Everything was fantastic. The rooms very nice and the balcony wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was very good. The opportunities for hiking in this area are various. Looking forward to visiting Champoussin Lodge again😎👍
