Hôtel & Restaurant Plein Ciel : Rte de Planachaux 130, 1874 Champéry

The views, the food and the atmosphere were all wonderful but what makes this such a special place is the staff. It was the main reason we decided to get married here. They took all the stress out of the day and did everything we asked of them and then much, much more. Right from the first contact with the hotel to the final check-out all the staff were wonderful. All our families and our friends had nothing but good things to say about all the staff - those in reception, in the kitchen, in the bar, in setting up the chairs, in helping electronics and generally guest assistance. Everyone was fantastic. The view is breathtaking and the 360 views from the restaurant make dinner a splendid experience. The food is exquisite - reminiscent of a 5 star hotel (I would highly recommend the vegetarian lasagna and the meringue dessert. Amazing place.
