I was here already several time, whatever I ordered it was most delicious and most healthy, Even the tea and all the special Apero drinks are either from high quality producer or home made based on old recipes coming from our Swiss tradition. I fell in Love. The atmosphere is simple but very cosy and like being in a traditional appenzeller “Stuba”. The service fits the food and the atmosphere, straight , honest, no bullshit, trying to serve the best and best fitting choice based on your taste. So do don’t just order, ask the waitress for ta recommendation.
