I stopped here for a Brisolée Royale last Sunday on my way to the Salanfe lake high above the Valley. This autumn Wallis speciality was served à gogo, which means you can eat as much as you like of the dried meat, lard, sausage, local cheeses, chestnuts, fruits of the season and various fruit cakes. This family run inn serves well executed local food and you are really nicely treated. The restaurant gradually filled up with some guests coming from far away. The wine list is restricted and the excellent choice is local. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity and high sound levels.
