HORRIBLE! unhygienic beds, breakfast below mediocre. Dodgy 5 stars reviews, no sure if authentic, suspicious 🤔 Spent here one night because there was nowhere else to stay near the Thermals. - overrated for sure - run down - mattress doesn't have mattress protection, I felt disgusted to sleep in a mattress with only one layer. So I ordered extra bedding and duves and managed to create more protection. - bedding has holes everywhere. They are super old. - the place smells bad as soon as entering the hotel. - the cover over the bed has loads of stains, so keep it away. - what they call breakfast, is not breakfast, cereal, and bad quality of charcuterie - better go away somewhere else - noise, paper walls you can hear everything - service ok ish but as they walk away, they start shouting, and you can hear them in the kitchen loud and angry. Really unpleasant experience hear them arguing. They are loud. However, they tried to help, but it's limited as the place is run out and super basic. Can't do much. The only good thing is the cafe from the coffee machine. That is the 1 start they get from me. I have never stayed in a place like this. It's more like a hostal of 2 star. Don't deserve a 4**** Stay away from this place if you can.

We were having a dinner at the cafe of the hotel. I payed 23 CHF for a boiled pasta with tomatoes. The taste was not good. I would not recommend.
