For a first discovery, we were not disappointed! Crostini with chanterelles, lamb shanks and beef tartare, everything was really very good, very generous and very nicely served. The blueberry pie was excellent. The service was pleasant, the setting very pretty and warm. We will come back with pleasure!

A much-needed break from a day of skiing. The atmosphere is calmer, more relaxed, and less noisy than other restaurants during the ski season. We stopped in when we returned from Zinal to go skiing in the Grimentz area. At the foot of the cable car, the brasserie is welcoming and modern. The staff is truly attentive, which is especially important when we have someone with a gluten intolerance. The waitress was immediately concerned and made very specific inquiries in the kitchen. She guided us toward suitable and safe dishes. The food is excellent (burgers and tartares were our choices) and the selection is wide so everyone can find something tasty. We really enjoyed it! A place to remember in Grimentz :-)
