Restaurant is run by an Italian speaking Swiss family. Great food presented attractively with friendly service. Menu is refreshingly different to the rest of the restaurants in the village.

I had a chef's menu (meat) for 65 Swiss francs. For starters, they served me a very complete and generous appetizer of cold cuts, beautifully presented with fruit, cheese, and jams. For main course, I had a bison steak... super good. For dessert, I had a chocolate cake. My companion was celiac and chose a vegetarian menu. They didn't have any complaints, and the ice cream was delicious. In Zurich, I paid the same for a steak and potatoes (a single dish), and it was a perfectly average place. This is in the middle of the Alps and has incredible views. The price was very good, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

A real insider tip for those who want something completely different: In the evenings, they only offer full menus. You basically choose a category (meat, fish, or lasagna, etc. (see menu online)), indicate whether you want vegetarian food or have any intolerances, and then you'll be surprised! All the dishes were extremely delicious and extravagantly presented. The service is warm and humorous. It was a real experience with you. Thank you!
