Very nice natural location by river. First class food from organic, local produce. Fish fresh from Neuchâtel lake. Incredibly well prepared food and top class restaurant presentation on plate. Clearly a small but high quality menu. Homemade pastas from whole wheat.Interesting choice of local wines...even unfiltered options. Friendly service. Would really like places like this to succeed as using local produce is sustainable. We will be revisiting when over this side of Neuchatel lake.

The Restaurant du Pervou is a true gem nestled in the heart of nature. The place is simply splendid and offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for escaping from everyday life. Upon arrival, you are warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise. The restaurant, although modest in size with only a few tables, is perfectly laid out and offers impeccable service. The restaurant manager is extremely courteous, making the experience even more pleasant with his attention and kindness. The ingredients used in the dishes come from the region and are carefully selected, very close to the restaurant. This freshness is reflected in the quality of the dishes offered. The menu, although small, is extremely well thought out and each dish is a real explosion of flavors. In short, the Restaurant du Pervou is highly recommended for those seeking a refined and authentic culinary experience in an exceptional natural setting.
