Attentive service, good breakfast with eggs menue freshly cooked, excellent location (between village Center and ski lift), comfortable rooms and nicely appointed spa. The only small wish for smaller softer pillows. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

I had an incredible time staying here! The service was exceptional – if I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. You simply don’t get treated this well anywhere else. From morning to night, the team at Grächerhof went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The reception staff were fantastic, offering great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, which was super helpful since we’re from Australia. A special shoutout for the laundry service – they washed, dried, and delivered our clothes back to the room within a day! The rooms were spotless and serviced daily, with fresh towels available if needed. After a long day on the slopes, the beds were incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream. Highly recommend staying here – can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The receptionist went above and beyond, taking the time to sit down with me and offer fantastic recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Plus, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch. The facilities were impeccably clean, and the sauna and spa area were exceptionally well-maintained and organized. I can't recommend this hotel enough for a cozy and comfortable stay. Oh, the food was great too.
