Her cooking is delicious, all prepared with care and so very freshly made. A mountain restaurant with a lot of charm! After an absinthe aperitif we had a tasty rösti with cheese. First a small salad. Very friendly service, you can watch the landlady cooking as the kitchen is not separated from the small dining room. Ideal destination for hikes around the creux du van.
