Very good salad with a fine dressing. The penne was good, but unfortunately lacked a little refinement. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price-performance ratio was good.
Awful service, my collegues went before me and ordered their food and a drinks, ordering a drink for me as well a and letting him know that I would be coming a few minutes late to order. When I got there there drinks were served and I had to wait 20 minutes to get mine this after flagging him down over 5 times to try to order. When I asked him if my food could make with the others he looked at me and just said definetly not . Ended having to walk out to let my collegues eat and find some food elsewhere. Unacceptable...
Food poisoning - to avoid ! A friend and I have come to this restaurant regularly and the service/food has been OK. However, yesterday we ordered pizza, and when we received the food, I noticed that I had got the wrong one, Seafood instead of Vesuvio. I told the waiter immediately, who was comprehensive and suggested to change. Since we had already waited for about half an hour, and I didn't want to cause the waiters any trouble, I decided to accept the Seafood pizza. I didn't feel anything directly, but when leaving the restaurant, my stomach started aching. When I got home, that's when HELL started. I was vomiting intensly for 2 hours !! Not a single piece of that seafood pizza was left in my body. What is worse... After this rough night, I decided to call and let the restaurant know about the food poisoning, hoping for an apology or a small gesture. I was calm and factful when calling. Their reaction ? No apology, no empathy, nothing. They simply claimed that I must be allergic to seafood and didn't want to hear anything about it. I assured them that I am not allergic, that in fact, I am quite a fan of seafood. It was clear they just wanted to get rid of me… so they simply HUNG UP !! I am sorry to say that this restaurant has lost two excellent regular clients...
