Good restaurant with some local specialities.

Four of us dined here on July 22nd after visiting the Caves. Beautiful view and delicious coffee. Because we still had a drive ahead of us, we asked if we could eat around 5 pm (nice Dutch time 😉). This was no problem, and it was quiet on the terrace. Dinner arrived promptly! We ordered two entrecotes and two homemade burgers. They were served with a Rösti or fries and vegetables. The food was delicious; nothing was burnt or peppery, as I've read in the reviews below. Prices are higher in Switzerland than in France or the Netherlands, but that's just the way it is. Neat, modern, and clean restrooms in the hotel; I like the old-fashioned style! In short, a great experience for us.

Rude and incredibly slow service. There is an offering of quick and easy food outside. When tried to order we were told that none of it was available and we needed to use the full restaurant. No signs or apologies stating this. Staff pretty much ignored us when we went in and took a really long time to serve. I’m currently still waiting for my food almost 40 mins after ordering…
