Auberge Saint-Hubert : Mormont 48A, 2922 Courchavon

An excellent restaurant that friends introduced us to. I'm not really a fan of the decor but the food is excellent. I discovered a succulent octopus dish and a frozen nougat as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Meal taken as a couple following a voucher received for my 40th birthday. 2nd experience for us in this rather renowned restaurant in the region. But we eat pretty well there, but I've never been impressed by the dishes and the menu... During our first experience we ate in the dining room, bland atmosphere and no decoration, during our second visit we ate in a brasserie, the furniture was old, just like the toilets in the basement.

Very good meal, good quality products and beautiful presentation. Good service. A small, up-to-date renovation would really be a plus.
