La Belle Croix Hôtel - Brasserie - Restaurant : Route d'Arrufens 2, 1680 Romont

We spent one night here, the room was very nice and clean. Surprisingly, all the staff didn't speak a word of English or German, so with a basic knowledge of French we were able to communicate to some extent. Dinner was good, but the menu on the menu board in the room was not available. Breakfast was very nice.

A nice hotel in the middle of Romont with lovely rooms and nice staff. Nice and clean. English works but can be a bit difficult sometimes, depending on who is working. The breakfast is perfectly okay. If you are going to stay for a few days, I can recommend this hotel.

Apartment hosted by this hotel is moldy! I have never seen mould in rental apartment, disgusting! Owner apparently doesn't feel guilty! Moreover, oven is dirty, there is no any tool to clean the floor. --------------------------------------------------------- Just regarding your response... Nice respect for clients... Let's propose them a low price and give a moldy room. Every place for rental should offer cleanliness and heating during winter, not the fungus. BTW, last time I paid 2300$ for 19 nights in another your apartment and it didn't have ceiling lamps (only cables coming from the ceiling), toiled brush and a room was stinking. Price doesn't matter, you are just a bad host. I don't know why are you surprised, you have just painted moldy walls, didn't do any ventilation and expected to get rid of the problem? Even your receptionist wasn't surprised seeing it.
