A nice return to basics was the meal taken at the Restaurant des Treize Cantons in Romont. I came there regularly 40 years ago and never returned. It’s clear that things have changed a little. But we ate very well there and the welcome was friendly. Quickly served despite around twenty seats occupied, we tasted the crispy beef and the chef-style beef. Everything was very good and served hot. The decor is pleasant and the separate tables allow you to feel comfortable eating and talking. Nice feedback and good tasting. Thank you very much 👏 we will come back without problem. 👏👏👏
