Welcoming and fast waitresses, good quality food and presentation. Excellent place to enjoy good food. Despite the crowd (it was a little noisy), we were quickly served. The tartare (starter) is plentiful and very good (especially the little spicy sauce). The entrecôte with the phoenix sauce, tip top 👍🏻
Friendly welcome. Very nice interior. Very good chicken in a basket. Very good perch fillets. Good desserts. I order from this restaurant.
I don't know if the boss has anger issues, but he was shouting at the poor waitresses in an unacceptable and totally unprofessional manner. This behavior deeply shocked us and made us feel very uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, the reception was not just cold, it was downright icy, which only worsened our negative impression. Honestly, I'm not the type of person to leave negative reviews because I understand that things can go wrong from time to time and I know what it does to a business's reputation, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience. This place should be avoided at all costs; I would rather drive 15 minutes more and go eat at McDonald's where at least I can eat hot food peacefully without witnessing embarrassing scenes. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was stressful and unpleasant, which completely ruined our meal. In my opinion, what remains of the "Phoenix" is just the ashes of an establishment that has lost all its flame. If you are looking for a place to have a good time and enjoy a meal, keep looking and go somewhere else. There are definitely better restaurants in the area. —— Edit: After receiving the abysmal response from the restaurant, I won't waste another second replying to them. Their dismissive and disrespectful attitude speaks volumes. The myriad of negative comments from previous customers paints a clear picture of this establishment's utter disregard for quality and service. Avoid this place at all costs and take your hard-earned money to a business that actually values its patrons. This restaurant doesn't deserve a single cent from anyone. On behalf of my girlfriend Audrey, she has the absolutely same right to express her dissactisfaction with your « Nightmare Kitchen ». Peace & Love, John
