Very pleasant restaurant, the service is great, the staff very attentive. We went there for their famous pasta flambées which was prepared and flambéed in front of us. Hearty dish
We discovered this restaurant thanks to the Passport Gourmand. The menu is small but well-crafted, the Italian chef made a very good focaccia! We had the foie gras medallion as a starter, the dessert as a main course, and the chocolate lava cake for dessert, all very good. Thank you for this wonderful culinary experience.
A wonderful time at Le Sauvage! Friendly and helpful waitress, a fairly calm and pleasant atmosphere, but a menu that isn't adequate. The prices are relatively high , the quality is certainly present but too complex. Le Sauvage offers rather "gastronomic" cuisine with a splendid appearance but too varied in taste, too many different vegetables that ultimately don't add much interest to the dish . The starter was delicious with its butcher's terrine, but there was no dessert; the meal was relatively substantial. Overall, a very friendly place to spend a good time with friends or family over a rather pleasant but overpriced meal. I recommend it if you're on a budget, but otherwise, be careful with your wallet.
