Little did we know what was waiting for us when we announced we wanted a table for two to have lunch in this upscale and recently opened restaurant located in a building from the early 16 hundreds on the heights of Hauterive in the eastern outskirts of Neuchâtel the first Friday of 2025. They serve Italian fusion style food, that is perfectly executed and beautifully presented. Astonishingly, you can order pizze here but these are not of the ordinary pizzeria style variant, rather the contrary, something we will have to find out in a not so distant future. You are efficiently and discretely cared for by the staff and value for money is good. I missed some local reds by the glass on a wine list that is rather restricted unless you order a full bottle.

Very good restaurant that produces very fine food. Creative dishes without adding unessesary ingredients that some restaurants like to do nowadays. Obviously, the place is quite pricey, however, you pay for the excellent food and the great service. I most definitely recommend this place if you are willing to spend a little extra.
