Difficult… food was very tasty. Not exactly cheap but tasty. I find the ordering system terrible. Apparently you don't want to be fast food but you do it worse than McDonald's. The food is brought to you and you can order at the table. With you you have to order at a strange ordering terminal and pay extra for everything. If there are 4 of you, everyone eats alone because you don't seem to process the orders in sequence. Waiting times are too long for what you want to offer. The service is simply completely lacking. It is designed so that the customer does everything himself except clearing up. But the prices are just as high as in a restaurant with service and personality. The ambience is nice but unfortunately it is clearly designed to ensure that guests leave quickly. If you manage to ensure that you can at least order at the table and it is brought to you, you would be a little more accommodating to the guests' needs. I've been to Rosso often, which is probably rare here.

Finally a Vapiano close by again!! And then it was the tastiest Vapiano I've ever been to! Gladly again! + You can order at the manned cash register or at the self-order machine + Everyone was very friendly! + Pasta Bolognese and (children's) pizza were delicious! - Unfortunately a bit too expensive for self-service - The process with the drinks is a bit unclear. It would be cool if you brought things to the table. - The smell of cigarettes, which wafts in from outside depending on the seating area, was a bit annoying.

Waiter K.M. Thank you for the friendly, professional, and cheerful service. The entire team greeted us and smiled. The food we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. Dessert: The chocolate cake was good, as was the vanilla ice cream, all homemade. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you very much.
