Hotel-Restaurant des Alpes : Hahnenmoosstrasse 34, 3715 Adelboden

Beautiful location near hiking trail and ski run. Excellent service. Parsnip cream soup was smooth and flavorful. Spring mixed salad was fresh and tasty. Bread was complimentary served with foods (butter will be charged extra). Wide menu selection of ice cream with liquor. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room were very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, which was really good. As the hotel is situated right next to some farms, unfortunately the amount of flies that were present was slightly annoying but there is nothing much to be done. Some guests were quite loud and as our room was situated next the stairs, also we could hear the entrance door banging loudly, perhaps something that can be improved by the management. The room did not have black out curtains, which was also slightly annoying as the kids were waking up very early in the morning. This hotel is situated in the countryside (20 -30 mins by foot to town), which was not an issue for us as we wanted to enjoy the nature and to bike around the surroundings.

Great food. Amazing staff. I love the fantastic menu. It’s a melting pot of different cuisines. Amazing!
