The view at this restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the food is delicious — we really enjoyed our meal overall. However, one of the staff members was extremely rude and dismissive. He ignored us multiple times even though he clearly saw us, and when he did speak to us, his attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Thankfully, another staff member was kind, polite, and very helpful, which made our experience a bit better. This place has great potential, but the service from that one rude employee really affected our experience

we were invited to this restaurant for my friend’s wedding dinner, May 17th, and it was such a beautiful experience. the location is stunning, right by the Thunersee, with a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — you could feel how much care they put into everything. the food was delicious, well presented, and full of flavor. sadly, we could not stay until the end because my little one got tired, and we had to head back to our hotel in kandersteg. but from what we experienced, everything was truly wonderful and thoughtfully done.

Service was overall good and staff were very kind, however, the food we had for our new year dinner (non set menu ones) were awfully bad and not fresh at all, especially the beef wellington, we barely could finish it because it tasted bad. For two drinks, one starter (the veggie starter was fairly good), and two mains it costs 127CHF for not properly sourced and cooked food.
