Pasta Store : Bahnhofstrasse 28, 3800 Interlaken

This restaurant is located right at the station in Interlaken West. Pizza was average. Pasta was good but the small is really small. They charge for tap water. Overall decent food in a nice atmosphere.

I had a very very disappointing experience at this restaurant and would not recommend dining here. We ordered a Margherita pizza, expecting fresh mozzarella as is standard for this dish, but received a basic cheese pizza instead. When we addressed this with the staff, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. They rudely handed us the pizza box and showed us the door. We even offered to pay extra for fresh mozzarella, but they refused to accommodate us and again asked us to leave. This lack of transparency about their ingredients and poor customer service left us frustrated. If their Margherita pizza is just a cheese pizza, it raises concerns about the quality and authenticity of their other dishes. I suggest avoiding this restaurant.

Love this pasta store! They have so many pasta and sauce options, and everything is absolutely delicious. I especially loved their Pasta Store II & III—highly recommend trying them! Their pizza is also amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. Plus, the staff is super friendly and made our night so enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting!
