Salzano : Seestrasse 108, 3800 Interlaken

Ate lunch here. Every dish was excellent. All the staff were hospitable/kind. Was along a convenient bus route (21). Unfortunately, service was a bit slow and there were a lot of flies. The food was sufficiently tasty though so I remain at 5/5.

a gem in Interlaken that easily overshadows big names in town! a bit outside of town, this place gives you the feeling of staying in the middle of the country side. with the pool and spa area, you get to treat yourself after a hard day of hiking, golf or work. the restaurant has a creative take on classics and serves them with local sides.

Couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay. The views from our room was magical along with the views from the spa area. Loved the friendliness of the hotel staff and their typical Swiss attire. Breakfast was put up keeping in mind the balance of everything. It was outstanding. Comfortable and cozy rooms and the washroom. Hotel is a little far from the city centre but there's a bus that runs to and fro every hour. If you're a walker, it's just a 20-25mins walk and you'll love the views. Its more like a Swiss chalet with everything crafted to perfection.
