Amazing view on top of hill and amazing staff! Weather is nice at night but there are flies and such, you can always ask for a fan. Booked a family suite, two stories with a spiral staircase that my kids loved, but just one bathroom for our group of four and five might be hard. Sheltered garage and it is actually very cold there to keep your car nice. Sauna and pool is amazing to relax for. Many kids park, kids indoor play room, basketball, mini golf, arcade and entertainment to occupy time. Amazing place! Breakfast buffet is good and dinner buffet is also amazing! Would come back !

Loved the location, being away from the crowds in town and enjoyed the Mountain views. It is a nice breakfast they have every morning. There are some things to do at the hotel when coming back at night. There is a fitness center and pool. Things for the kids-kids club, small playground, basketball hoop, and mini golf. The rooms are spacious. If you plan on using the kitchen there is an extra fee.

Location: Very poor. If you're driving, expect a difficult 25-minute trip into the city via narrow, steep, single-lane roads. There are zero stores or amenities near the hotel. If you're relying on public transport, the situation is worse — you'll spend 40–70 minutes each way: waiting for a bus, then a 25-minute ride to the west station, followed by another 20 minutes to the main OST station. Staff: Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They barely answer any questions and simply refer you to Google for information. Room & Cleanliness: Cleanliness is 0/10. We had to wait until 3:55 PM for our room to be "cleaned," and even then, it was barely presentable. The stair rails are dirtier than what you'd find at a public train station. The stairs themselves are hazardous, especially for children and older adults, and there's no way to carry luggage up easily. Comfort: The pillows were so old and uncomfortable that we had to buy our own. The hotel's replacement pillows were somehow even worse. Overall: This is absolutely not a $600/night hotel. The location, service, and facilities fall far below acceptable standards.
